Terms and Conditions for Rellio Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Rellio Services (“Services”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Services provided by Rellio.

Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

Services Offered:
Rellio provides assistance and consultation services for travel-related matters such as visa applications for traveling abroad, educational courses, and accounting services. The Services may include but are not limited to consultation, document preparation, submission assistance, and general guidance.

Client Responsibilities:
3.1 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the Services. Rellio will not be held liable for any errors, delays, or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the respective country related to the Services provided by Rellio.

Service Limitations:
4.1 No Guarantee of Outcome: While Rellio will make every reasonable effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee the success of visa applications, educational courses, or accounting services. The final decision rests with the respective authorities or institutions involved.
4.2 Third-Party Services: Rellio may engage third-party service providers or agents to assist with certain aspects of the Services. However, Rellio will remain responsible for the overall quality and delivery of the Services.

Fees and Payments:
5.1 Service Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with the Services as communicated by Rellio. The fees may vary depending on the specific service(s) requested and will be provided to you before initiating the service.
5.2 Payment Terms: All payments for the Services should be made in the currency specified by Rellio. Payment methods and terms will be communicated to you during the service initiation process.

Intellectual Property:
All content, materials, and information provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Rellio or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on this content without obtaining prior written consent from Rellio.

Confidentiality:
Rellio acknowledges the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and will handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. However, Rellio cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge and agree that the transmission of information through the Services is at your own risk.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or any other obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rellio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rellio operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Amendments:
Rellio reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Rellio website or notifying you directly.
